Blockchain. Engineered.
Blockchain solutions for fintech, gaming, DeFi, and enterprise. On chain infrastructure designed and built by engineers who understand both the blockchain and the business behind it.
You're building something on chain. It might be a payment system that settles in seconds, a gaming platform where every outcome is verifiable, or a token economy that needs to survive its first vesting cliff. The engineering behind it has to be right the first time. That's where we come in.
We focus on solving hard problems end to end. Crypto payment systems, smart contract design and security, token distribution, verifiable randomness, proof systems, and operational automation.
A few things, done with real depth.
Our work is built around the problems we understand deeply. Engineered end to end, not picked off a shelf. Eight solution areas we argue about, document, and return to.
Crypto payment solutions
Smart contract systems
Tokens & tokenization
On chain gaming
Verifiable data & proofs
Prediction markets
Governance & treasury
Operational automation
Crypto payment solutions
Stablecoins, crypto rails, and settlement bridging blockchain with legacy banking. The chain is the easy part. We handle the rest.
Smart contract systems & auditing
Building and reviewing contracts for any on chain application. Security, gas, edge cases, and failure modes, designed from threat models, not templates.
Tokens & tokenization
ERC20/721/1155 and real-world asset tokens. Vesting, distribution, and governance designed backwards from your incentive goals.
On chain gaming
Provably-fair mechanics with Chainlink VRF, house wallets, and settlement flows players actually enjoy.
Verifiable data & proofs
Merkle proofs, zero-knowledge systems, EAS attestations, proof-of-reserves. Trust from verification, not assertion.
Prediction markets
Binary and multi-outcome markets, custom AMMs, oracle resolution, and settlement logic that survives real liquidity.
Governance & treasury
On chain voting, delegation, and transparent treasuries. Simple enough to use, rigorous enough to resist exploitation.
Operational automation
Agents that monitor, alert, execute, and rebalance. AI writes the logic; the chain keeps it auditable.
A typical project, told plainly.
Names and numbers below are illustrative, but the shape of the work is real. This is the kind of problem we take on.
Provably fair slots with instant USDC and EURC payouts.
The operator was running 40+ slot and crash game titles through a traditional payment stack. Slow bank wires, high processing fees, and no way for players to independently verify game fairness. Crypto native players were churning to competitors offering instant withdrawals, and the operator needed a faster, cheaper settlement path that also gave players verifiable proof of fair outcomes.
The solution requires an on chain settlement layer with verifiable randomness and game outcomes anchored to the blockchain before each round resolves. Withdrawals flow through a programmatic treasury with operator controlled multisig wallets that auto release USDC and EURC once the game engine confirms final balances. The platform runs on whichever chain best fits the operator's needs.
- Withdrawals

Depth beats broad promises.
Our work is built around the problems we understand deeply. That shapes everything else. How we scope, how we argue, how we deliver.
Deep focus, not divided attention
We take the time to understand your business model, your users, and your competitive landscape. We argue with you about requirements because we care about the outcome, not just the statement of work.
Engineers with real depth
The Gatekick Labs team has shipped production systems across gaming platforms, crypto exchanges, DeFi protocols, and Web3 projects. We build with Solidity, Rust, and TypeScript across Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum, and Base. We know Chainlink VRF for randomness, ERC-20/721/1155 token standards, Governor-based governance, and stablecoin settlement with USDC, USDT, and EURC. That pattern recognition across chains and verticals saves you time and money.
Honesty about what's possible
If something is a bad idea, we'll tell you. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so. We only take on work we believe we can do well. Sometimes that means turning down revenue. It's the right call for both of us.
Fees, equity, or a mix of both.
We're open to more than the standard fee for service model. For the right projects, we consider equity partnerships, revenue share arrangements, and hybrid structures. Think of it as plugging in dedicated blockchain expertise on terms that align both sides.
Tell us what you're building.
Send us a brief note about what you're working on and where you're stuck. We'll tell you whether we can help, and if not, who probably can.
